Firmato l’accordo tra il Fondo “10Stadi” gestito da Petricca & Co. Capital S.A. ed il R.T.I., il raggruppamento temporaneo di imprese, composto da Aurora Immobiliare, Casertana F.C. e Consorzio Stabile Santa Rita, per la riqualificazione dello storico stadio “Alberto Pinto” di Caserta.

La riqualificazione dell’area dello stadio, di proprietà comunale, era stata oggetto di bando pubblico nel 2022 e aveva visto l’aggiudicazione provvisoria in data 02 novembre 2022, proprio alla R.T.I. La firma dell’accordo è un altro importante tassello che porterà, entro la prossima estate, alla stipula della concessione a favore della Società di Progetto costituita e all’apertura del cantiere. Seguiranno 24 mesi di ristrutturazione in 2 fasi in cui la Casertana F.C. potrà comunque continuare ad utilizzare la struttura nelle partite casalinghe.

“Nascerà un’infrastruttura adeguata alle esigenze attuali del calcio internazionale, unica nel suo genere in Italia” – Dichiara Antonio Ciuffarella di Aurora Immobiliare, mandataria della R.T.I. e che ha già realizzato lo stadio “Benito Stirpe” di Frosinone – “Con Skybox, palchi e pitch view, centro medico, palestra e spa, bar, ristoranti, baby parking, foresteria, parcheggi e altri 15.000 mq di spazi direzionali e commerciali. Un gioiellino con una capacità di 12.000 posti, espandibile a 16.000, che potrà essere utilizzato tutto l’anno”.

Lo Stadio di Caserta

The “10Stadi” Fund, the R.T.I. of Aurora Immobiliare, Casertana F.C., and Consorzio Stabile Santa Rita have signed an agreement for the construction of a new stadium in Caserta; work is expected to start by next summer

An agreement for the redevelopment of Caserta’s ancient “Alberto Pinto” stadium has been reached between the “10Stadi” Fund administered by Petricca & Co. Capital S.A. and R.T.I., and the temporary grouping of companies made up of Aurora Immobiliare, Casertana F.C., and Consorzio Stabile Santa Rita.

A public tender for the redevelopment of the stadium area, which belonged to the municipality, had been held in 2022, and on November 2, 2022, the R.T.I. received a provisional award. The signing of the agreement is a nother crucial step for the establishment of the Project Company and the inauguration of the construction site, which will take place by next summer. After that, the facility will undergo 24 months of renovations in two phases during which Casertana F.C. will still be able to use it for home games.

The representative for R.T.I., which has already constructed the “Benito Stirpe” stadium in Frosinone, Antonio Ciuffarella of Aurora Immobiliare, claims that “it will establish an infrastructure suitable for the current needs of international football, the only one of its kind in Italy. With skyboxes, boxe seats, and pitch views, as well as a medical facility, a gym and spa, bars, restaurants, baby parking, guest quarters, parking, and an additional 15,000 square meters of executive and commercial space. A treasure that can hold 12,000 people and be expanded to 16,000 people, and it can be used all year long”.
