[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On February 20, 2023, it was published in the <\/span>Official Gazette<\/b> The award for the implementation of the <\/span>new Caserta Stadium<\/b> by the <\/span>R.T.I., the temporary grouping of companies, consisting of Aurora Immobiliare, Casertana F.C. and Consorzio Stabile Santa Rita. <\/span><\/p>\n The project involves the construction of a new soccer stadium for the City of Caserta through the rehabilitation, with demolition, reconstruction and enhancement, of the “Alberto Pinto” Municipal Stadium.<\/span><\/p>\n The redevelopment of the stadium area, which is owned by the city, had been the subject of a public tender in 2022 and had seen the provisional award on November 2, 2022, to the very R.T.I. The award, which came after the signing of the agreement between the “<\/span>10<\/b>Stadiums<\/i><\/b>” managed by Petricca & Co. Capital S.A. and the R.T.I. last month, is another important building block that will lead, by next summer, to the opening of the construction site. <\/span><\/p>\n
